[mowbot] worried about power.

I'm a little worried about power too.
At first I thought it wasn't a concern
due to recharging but;

Large "Motorcycle" batteries are 28 Amp Hour
(looked at them yesterday)

Let's devote 20AH to 1 hour of cutting
(that's about 50% of the stall power figures from
my chart)
and 8AH to 1 hour of movement(?)...

That gives us 1 hour work time per charge.
7 days * 12 hours give us 84 charge-discharge
cycles per week.

I'm thinking the lifespan of these batteries
is only a _few_ hundred charge cycles...

That'd mean purchasing a new battery every
2-3 weeks....

----------------------------------------------

The power density of gasoline is starting to
look REAL appealing.

I _DON'T_ like the idea of automating a
gas powered cutting blade though!

What about one of those small "Honda"
gasoline powered generators for power.

Gas --> 12V --> move and cut.
