[mowbot] IR detector circuit

Ray,
use an Op-amp chip (LM358)....connect the IR detector to the -ve input, and
connect a steady voltage of 4.70 VDC to the +ve input (via a voltage divider
from your supply voltage, for instance.) The output of the op-amp will be
"low" while the IR detector is putting out more than 4.7V, and "high" while
the IR detector is putting out less than 4.7V. Use the output of the op-amp
to drive the LED.
